General
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept payment online using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We are sorry, but we do not accept credit cards with billing addresses outside the U.S.
How do I shop online?
- Find your products. This can be done through our site navigation.
- Add the product to your shopping cart. Select the number of products you’d like to order and click the “Add to Cart” icon. The page will then show a shopping cart, confirming that the product has been added to your cart. You can then continue shopping.
- View your shopping cart. You can access this at any time by clicking the “View Cart” icon at the top right of every page. Here, you can modify quantities and add or delete items.
- Proceed to Check Out.
I received an error message while trying to place an order, what do I do?
Please contact us at service@costcosekkisei-usa.com letting us know what error message you received and at what point in the ordering process you received it.
How much is sales tax?
We collect sales taxes as required by law. Hansung USA charges sales tax on orders delivered to NY and CA. Sales tax may be subject to change.
When will my order be processed?
Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt (not including weekends and holidays). Orders placed Saturday, Sunday and holidays will be processed on the following business day.
How can I track my order or how do I know my order went through?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please contact service@costcosekkisei-usa.com.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order ships that contains tracking information for your package.
My order was cancelled or how can I cancel my order?
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:
- Item(s) not available
- Difficulty in processing payment information
- Cannot ship to address provided
- Duplicate order was placed
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice that explains the reason for cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you are interested in placing a new order or if you have questions about a cancelled order, please contact us via email at service@costcosekkisei-usa.com.
After you have clicked “Pay Now”, the order begins to process and online changes cannot be made to your order. To change or cancel your order prior to shipment, please contact customer service. Please note that most orders process quickly and can enter the shipping process within minutes. If an order has entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled. However, if you would like to return a product after receipt, please see our Return Policy.
I haven't received my order, my order is missing items, or my shipment is late?
Please send an email to service@costcosekkisei-usa.com with your order number and we will get back to you right away.
Can I order over the phone?
At this time, we can only accept orders through our website.
Shipping
What's the shipping condition?
Shipping is included for all domestic orders.
How fast will my product ship to me?
Orders will be shipped 1-3 business days after payment has been processed. If you make an order on Friday, it will be shipped off the next week. Please expect some delay during public holidays.
Do you ship to APO/military and P.O. Box addresses?
We are currently unable to ship to a P.O. Box or Military APF/FPO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Do you ship internationally?
We are currently unable to accept orders to be billed or shipped to destinations outside the U.S. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I return or exchange a product?
Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. The following rules apply:
- To initiate a return please email us at service@costcosekkisei-usa.com and include your order # and reason for return. Only products purchased on costco.sekkisei-usa.com may be returned for a refund.
- If your order arrives damaged, detective or wrong item, you are not charged for shipping cost, otherwise the cost of the return shipping label is to be deducted from the total refund amount.
- Returns are accepted within 90 days of receipt.
- Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, undamaged, sale-able, in its original packaging.
- We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition. Refused return items will be sent back to you at your expense.
- Please note that the refund is calculated based on the merchandise value only (shipping fees are not credited).
Please allow 10 to 14 days for processing your return.
Subscriptions
How does a Sekkisei subscription work?
It's simple! Select your preferred Sekkisei products, set your desired delivery frequency, and enter your payment details. After that, we'll handle everything and deliver your products straight to your door effortlessly.
What shipping method do you use for subscription?
USPS, FedEx and UPS
Is there sales tax on my subscription items?
Sales tax is applied to all Sekkisei purchases in accordance with legal requirements. This includes California and may extend to other states as well.
Can I customize my delivery days?
When you build a subscription, your initial shipment will be sent immediately. After that, your shipments will be generated at the frequency of your choice: 1, 2, or 3 months.
Do you ship to P.O boxes, APO/FPO, and international addresses?
We can ship to P.O. Boxes, but we are unable to ship to APO/FPO or international addresses at this time.
How long will my subscription last?
Your subscription has no expiration date and will remain active until you decide to change or cancel it.
When will I be billed for my subscription order?
You’ll be billed when the subscription order is created.
How can I locate a tracking number for my shipment?
Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number for your shipment.
What is my deadline to change to cancel the next shipment?
You have the option to modify or cancel your upcoming shipment up to 24 hours before the scheduled shipping date.
How do I change the shipping address on my subscription?
On your Subscriptions page, use the “Edit” link next to the subscription address.
How do I change the payment method on my subscription?
On your Subscriptions page, use the “Edit” link next to the subscription payment method.
Can I skip a subscription?
If the scheduled date for your next shipment is inconvenient, you can easily adjust or postpone the delivery date by accessing "Manage Subscription" on the Subscriptions page and selecting "Change Shipping Date".
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, navigate to the Subscriptions page, click on "Manage Subscription," and then select "Cancel Subscription" located in the top right corner of the subscription window.
How do Promotions and Subscriptions work?
If you purchase a subscription for an item that is currently on Promotion, you will get the promo price for your initial purchase in addition to the subscription 5% savings. All subsequent subscription purchases will be at the normal price with subscription 5% savings. If a subscription renewal order occurs for an item that is currently on promotion, for that one subscription order you will get the current Promo price in addition to 5% subscription savings.
